Casio has to be about ruggedness and one offering from this venerable brand is the WSD-F10 or Smart Outdoor Watch. The company has invested in some military style designing and specs that make this watch tough. What we liked is the easy readability in bright light.

One device that has to make it to this list is the Misfit Ray. It looks like a super cool piece of jewelry and can be customized in terms of where you choose to wear it! It can be attached to jewelry you wear and you can enjoy notifications on calls and texts rather stylishly.

Withings hit the headlines in the wearables space thanks to its very upmarket and stylish Activite watch. Now, it uses E-Ink display technology to bring out the Withings Go which is fundamentally, a fitness tracker.

Time is not just about 24 hours as you know and one wearable that helps you achieve ‘more out of time’ is the Conceptor which is all about measuring the time you spend with people you care about. It will help in motivating people to ‘soulcialize’ more! Simply could not resist coining that word!

It is not all wrist wearables at CES 2016. There is also Glance, which is a wall clock. You can enjoy data generated from a smart home, weather forecasts, information on how much you slept and basically a lot of data on the wall for you.

Kindred vip from Martian Watches is aimed at women who want a smart accessory stuffed with smart features. Track texts, track fitness and track notifications with customized vibrations – that’s information in a jiffy.

Aviation watches are beautiful in so many ways and Fossil has capitalized on this and brought out the Fossil Q54 Pilot. The analog display is spectacular. This watch runs on a homegrown app platform and the power of Intel.

Samsung has to be mentioned here and CES 2016 saw this company announcing two additions to its Gear S2 Classic range. Gorgeousness is guaranteed because these smartwatches are available in platinum and rose gold.
