Return Eligibility

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days. An item may be returned for any reason - even if you simply don't like it. All we require is that the item be returned in new and unused condition along with the box, tags, and accessories that were provided.

When a return is authorized (generally within 24 hours), you can expect to receive detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. Do please check your spam filter to make sure messages from DiscountShop are not blocked.

We can only provide reimbursement for return shipping in the event that we have erroneously shipped a different item than what was ordered.

Restocking Fees

Items under $2,000 do not have a restocking fee, unless the item has been returned in used or damaged condition or with missing parts/accessories.

• A restocking fee of 8% is applicable on items over $2,000 returned in original condition.
• A restocking fee of minimum 15% is applicable on items that have not been returned in original condition.
• We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee or even refuse a return if there are any signs of wear/usage or parts of the item are missing.
